In Billings -- where the West begins and daily pressures of a more urban outside world often end -- a rich history awaits filled with names such as Calamity Jane, Lewis & Clark, Sitting Bull, and other characters of renown. On the western part of what’s known as Custer Country, Montana’s “Magic City” also has a heaping supply of dining options to satisfy most appetites.
